UNLEASH YOUR PEAK
1 What ages are your programs design for?
We work with athletes of various ages and ability levels, which can range from 8-22 years of age. Program availability varies by age group and overall goals.
2 Do athletes need prior training experience?
Athletes do not require prior training experience. We can offer a movement assessment to determine the best options for program placement. Our programs are designed to meet athletes wherever they are in their own journey from beginners and experienced athletes. They can all benefit from our structured, coach-led training focused on proper movement and progression.
3 What sports do you train for?
Our training programs are agnostic. We can focus our programming towards replicating sport-specific movements but we typically focus ~70% of our programming translating across all sports.
4 How are training sessions structured?
Every session typically follows a consistent structure that includes a dynamic warm-up, followed by focused programming including strength training, speed and agility work, endurance/conditioning, and mobility/recovery. This ensures athletes learn proper movement technique, train safely, efficiently, and with purpose.
5 Is strength training safe for younger athletes?
Yes. All training is age-appropriate, coach-supervised, and focused on proper technique, movement quality, and gradual progression. Safety and injury prevention are top priorities.
6 Do you offer athlete nutrition services?
Yes, we have certified nutrition coaches and partnerships. We offer customized nutrition planning and supplement guidance for optimal daily performance. We believe training is only one piece, and nutrition has to be a key component to the overall plan.
7 How many athletes are in each group session?
Typically 6-12 athletes for group sessions. We maintain coach-to-athlete ratios that allow for individual attention while still creating an energetic group environment.
8 What’s the difference between the per session rates and the monthly memberships?
The session rate is ideal for first-time athletes or occasional drop-in sessions. The monthly memberships are designed for athletes training consistently and offers the best value and opportunity for long-term measurement and progress.
9 How often should my athlete train?
Most athletes typically train 2-3 times per week. Our coaches can help recommend an appropriate plan based on an athlete's goals, schedule, age, and sport.
10 What should each athlete bring to training sessions?
It is important to be comfortable with athletic-fit clothes, sneakers, a water bottle. We supply water to athletes so they can fill their bottles and keep hydrated.
