ABOUT PEAK GRIZZLIES
We focus on youth athletes building a passion for the game of baseball.
We focus our program on building a baseball family loyalty, something that gets lost in youth sports today.
We focus on building a platform for the next generation of athletes to build their own great relationships, experiences and life habits.
2024 PEAK Grizzlies Baseball is represented by athletes in 9 surrounding MA towns across 7 teams.

PEAK GRIZZLIES BASEBALL PROGRAM SUMMARY
· Summer 2024 team tryouts held for new/prospective 9u-15u players
· 7 teams selected for the 2023-2024 season
· 9u/10u developmental and fundamental building
· 11u/12u transition to intermediate 50/70 field dimensions & rules
· 12u team eligibility to enter in the 2024 Cooperstown, NY tournament
· 13u+ high school preparation
· Each team includes 12-13 players
Athlete Off-Season Package
· 20-week winter indoor team practices, skills training, and fitness training schedule from November 2022-March 2023
· PEAK athletes can join weekly age-appropriate team baseball practices and baseball skills sessions that best fit their schedules.
· 20-30 team practices
· 15-20 baseball skills sessions
· 15-30 team strength and conditioning workouts
· Weekly team practices/skills sessions for all teams (i.e., arm conditioning, baserunning, defensive fielding, pitching, catching, hitting, situational plays)
· Weekly team workouts programmed by certified trainer and strength / conditioning coach
· PEAK athletes can participate in weekly training for strength, conditioning, speed, agility, flexibility, and injury prevention.
Athlete In-Season Schedule
· Spring season games for 9u-14u levels begin in April.
· Summer season games for 15u+ levels begin in June.
· Weekend doubleheaders are typical within the spring season.
· Various home fields located in south shore MA towns may include Hanover, Whitman/Hanson, East Bridgewater, & Pembroke.
· Game travel is typically within 1 hour of player hometowns.
· Each team is entered in the New England AAU Baseball league.
· Each team is entered into 1-2 tournaments.
· Each team is recommended to play 15-40+ games depending on age level, weather, and playoff qualification.
· Outdoor team practices in March/April to be scheduled on a best effort basis.
