Unleash Your PEAK Potential
MEET THE FOUNDER | HEAD COACH
Rick Grimaldi is a past athlete and fitness enthusiast with decades of personal experience and a trained, certified specialist in student-athlete development. Since 2017, Coach Grimaldi has been an athletic training and performance coach to hundreds of athletes across a wide variety of sports. Coach Grimaldi is passionate about inspiring young athletes and helping them achieve their potential.
The concept of PEAK was built upon 4 core areas –
Persistence, Effort, Attitude, Knowledge. Each of these areas is key to the success of our PEAK athletes. Our programs focus on Strength, Conditioning, Speed, Agility, Nutrition, Mobility, Recovery, and Injury Prevention. But our services go far beyond sports performance as our athletes are building lifelong habits such as consistency, discipline, and confidence that they can carry with them into all aspects of their lives. All these together helps build the next generation of healthy, resilient, and driven human beings.
Coach Grimaldi had set out to make a difference in the community and make a positive impact on the next generation using his knowledge and experience. Fitness had a profound impact on him, especially in his younger years, and he credits his gym workouts as the single most important thing that kept him on the right path in life. As a father of 3 boys and a passion for a healthy lifestyle, Coach Grimaldi looked for somewhere in the area that focused solely on YOUTH Athletes, our younger generation of athletes ages 8-22. What he found was, some people doing good things but there was no one place that he believed embodied all the qualities that PEAK valued. A place where the sole focus was on programs exclusively designed for student-athletes. So, he took up the challenge of trying to create it on his own!
